Should I workout with friends?
Is working out with a friend or family member a good idea or simply a distraction?
Working out with a friend can be a good idea, so long as they challenge and support you at the right times.
Most people will avoid exercise if they can, and catching up with a friend can be a great way to do this.
However, if you combine your exercise time with a catch up with your friends, then you will be less likely to miss a session.
